It was very wonderful and great stay at this resort. Far from city and crowd which is exactly what I prefer the most. All the staffs were so helpful, and the main thing is that they speak English very well which is very difficult to find around in other areas. The room and the facilities were all on top. The staffs also helped us to recommend and organize the transportation to visit around. Mainly thanks to William for making our trip easy and helping us for arranging the tickets and all. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Staying at the Li River Waterfront Hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived we felt completely taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and their service honestly deserves a 10 out of 10. Everything we needed was arranged quickly and effortlessly, from excursions and taxis to tickets for attractions, often at prices better than what we found elsewhere. Even the laundry service was perfect, fast, and very reasonably priced at just 30 yuan per kilo. The setting is simply stunning: peaceful and quiet, yet only twenty minutes away from the village. Our room was spacious and comfortable with beds that made it hard to get up in the morning. The food was outstanding and surprisingly diverse. One evening we enjoyed Chinese specialties, the next we tried pizza, pasta or even steak, and in the mornings there was always the option of something simple like eggs or toast. Communication was always easy thanks to quick replies on WeChat and staff who spoke excellent English. Having room service available made the whole experience even more comfortable. Our stay here was a solid 10 out of 10. In fact, I can say without hesitation that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I have traveled all over the world. The perfect balance of comfort, service and atmosphere makes it truly one of a kind.

Hannah who was working the front desk was fantastic! She helped us rent scooters, gave us suggestions for what to see and do and where to go for dinner. I also lost my phone in the area and Hannah went above and beyond helping me try and track it down. The location and room were also stunning!

My vegetarian dishes were very good. Receptionist spoke English pretty well which made things easier for guests who do not speak Chinese like me.

We had three nights stay at the retreat and it was a wonderful experience. My wife and daughter loved the place. The views in the retreat were amazing. All the staff were very helpful and always ready to assist even during busy hours. Defiantly recommended for foreigners who doesn’t speak the local language as the staffs are able to communicate in English. The food was also good. We mostly tried the western menu which met our requirements for breakfast, lunch, dinner and in betweens. Will be my first choice if I return to Yangshuo next time.

Lilly was amazing! When I arrived at her hotel without any plans for what to do in Yangshuo, she listened to me and suggested the best possible itinerary. Unfortunately, I only had one day to spend there, but I would definitely return to try some rock climbing!

I like the location of the place, away from the noise but walkable to the downtown. They have a beautiful yard. Highly recommend the room the balcony. I booked some tours with them, great value.

Everything during our stay was perfect, from the amazing and helpful staff, to the most comfortable bed we slept in during our trip, Tea-Cozy is simply wonderful and loving. Kudos to Suzy, Mey and everyone who works here, who were always there to help us with anything we needed, booking trips, helping with delicious meals, looking after our daughter.
