Unfortunately, there was nothing I found satisfactory during my stay. The overall experience was disappointing. The room was not clean, basic amenities were missing or poorly maintained, and the service was slow and unprofessional. The standard did not match what was promised for a 4-star hotel. Please ensure rooms are properly cleaned before guest check-in, staff is trained for better customer service, and amenities are in good working condition. Improving hygiene, service speed, and overall hospitality is essential. No, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.
