The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are compact but thoughtfully designed, with great use of space and high-tech controls for lighting, temperature, and entertainment. The staff are very professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Geneva, with shops, restaurants, and the lake within walking distance.

The staff were all friendly and helpful! They had lots of people yelling at them about the Air Conditioning and other things and were still very professional.
The location was great for walking around the city and the hotel and rooms were nice looking and seemed clean.
