The rooms were quiet, comfortable and well-stocked with toiletries (very nice dead sea minerals lotion). The hotel is well-located. It is surrounded by eateries, bakeries, fruit shops, convenience stores and a pharmacy with English speaking pharmacist. Breakfast was delicious especially the vegetable porridge and the guest-discounted coffee and snacks at the coffee house was good value too. As my family fell sick with severe food poisoning on our trip, we were thankful to be assisted by a female receptionist on the morning of Dec 18 2022 who helped call the ambulance service and put us in touch with an English-speaking staff at the hospital. We were also able to extend our stay by an additional night with no fuss. Overall, notwithstanding the illness, we had a great experience and a comfortable stay at the hotel. Cool fun park and outlet shopping. Pretty spread out so a lot of walking or taxis. Beaches are nice but beware the jellyfish. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and dessert places. Can be busy and crowded in the shopping centres. Cool e-bike and scooter rentals everywhere simple to use with an app and reasonably priced. Really liked the city.
