Pleased with our stay and it was very convenient to the location where we worked. Staff is friendly, rooms spacious and clean, and would stay here again. A few little things to consider. BATHROOM -- have a doorstop in the middle of the bathroom floor was dangerous and painful. I stepped on it several times and nearly twisted my ankle. You could remove these and mount a doorstop on the wall instead so people don't hurt themselves. POWER -- I understand it's not your fault, but it might be good to let guests who are not familiar with Zambia know ahead of time to re-scan their room keys each time they come into the hotel. It's not a problem, but would make it clear that the hotel understands the needs of guests and that the power outages are NOT because of the hotel itself. COFFEE WITH BREAKFAST -- Sometimes we were charged for ordering coffee, sometimes we were not charged for ordering coffee. Most people expect that coffee is included with their breakfast. If this is NOT the case, perhaps a little note on the table explaining what to do/pay could be considered. Otherwise, a wonderful place. Thank you for hosting us!!

I liked the traditional Food and the Gym. I also liked the Taxi's which are available just outside the hotel premises. The Gym has adequate equipment. and there is an an aerobic studio The check in was fast and efficient they were ready for us.

Beautiful spacious rooms, and the staff went above and beyond on everything. They were all so friendly and kind. It's super clean and modern, and nice to have breakfast included. Steam kettle in the room was a bonus.

    Lusaka has progressed to a clean, functional and attractive city over the past 15 years of me traveling here. Although true tourist attractions may be lacking, there are good ones nearby, the city has lots to offer. as a business traveler it has everything we need.

    The hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and warm water every morning. The young staff were a delight to interact with, consistently displaying kindness, respect, and helpfulness, accompanied by exceptional customer service. I appreciated how they went the extra mile to assist each guest in arranging local transportation and navigating the area or reaching their desired destinations. One area for improvement could be the breakfast menu, which could benefit from more variety to avoid the repetition of the same dishes daily. Nevertheless, I believe the hotel provided excellent value for money, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

    Nothing great to like.

    Nothing great to like. Very dirty city and pathetic beggars on the streets at its center of town. Worst of all selling g new born puppies. What are the City authorities doing just turning a blind eye. Also traffic horrible.

    I liked the fact that i could easily use my Mastercard...

    I liked the fact that i could easily use my Mastercard pretty much everywhere. I like the exchange rate you get when using your card and i recommend that ppl traveling from outside the country should try use cards as the conversion rate will benefit you immensely.The people are nice and welcoming. You don't worry about crime in most of the suburbs which makes it more easy to straw around.

    Lusaka is a beautiful city with very friendly locals.

    Lusaka is a beautiful city with very friendly locals. Navigating is quite easy with the Yango app with very fair pricing. I felt very safe wherever I went and people were always willing to help out. I would highly recommend having their Nshima meal with your choice of meat at the local restaurants and if you can pass by Grandaddy's to watch sports and enjoy the atmosphere and meat delicacies.

    Probably the best price / value opportunity for travellers starting and ending in Lusaka. Easily accessible by Great East Rd from / to the airport and to go shopping before your journey take the East Park, just 15 min. away. Fantastic hosts. The lodge has a great cook, thank you Enia! We had some of the best dinners and breakfasts during our 3,5 week and 3.500 km Zambia tour.

    Lombe is a very warm and friendly owner. She makes the house lovely, clean and comfortable. She even give us some local Chitenge Material as a gift for our reminder of visiting Zambia. I will definitely recommend Peaceful Escape in the middle of nowhere to my friends. Thank you Lombe
