Very nice hotel, excellent service, everything is clean. Good swimming pool. The staff were wonderful especially teba and hanna, the receptionists who were very helpful and receiving everybody with big smile

1-The staff was provisional dealing with my needs.. Unfortunately I don't know the names but the manager and all the staff at the reception were so kind 2-The location is amazing as you can reach everywhere with an ease 3- several food items available at the breakfast 4- All pleaces were cleand with no remarks. 5- Room service are there for any service 6-Nowory about your car, parking area close to the hotel 7- Although the swimming pool is free but you can arrange privet booking after 10pm

Best mid level hotel in Duhok. Duhok is a terrible hotel city. A few really overpriced places and then loads of low end. Sofia is comfortable, clean and the staff very friendly. We stay there quite a bit.
