The check in staff, especially one girl was very tower and did very little to assist us. She promised she would let us know when our rooms were ready. We had arrived very early on a transatlantic flight. She did not keep us updated and seem to give away rooms left, and right to everybody else. We had to keep approaching the desk to find out when our rooms would be ready, which was well after 3 PM.

Myself and my four kids really enjoyed our night over at the Leonardo hotel. It was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was great. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful .. But even had the kids Cinema in the evening where they offered free snacks which I was very surprised about. The breakfast has a large range on offer for people. The hotel was clean and kept up.. this was the second time visiting we visited back in 2021 last .. The kids were very happy with everything so I guess it was the 10/10

I sincerely appreciated that the hotel reached out to let us know that a party was planned for the night we were staying and that there may be loud music. Our rooms were made and ready for us. That was a lovely touch!
