Clean enough, air con is clean, tv works well, very well furnished, good water supply, located on a very nice quiet area but not far from local markets and other convenient stores. The hotel is not non-smoking. There are smoking areas in front of almost every room. I didn’t see the condition in booking.com but luckily nobody smoked during my stay and there is no smoking smell in any area of the hotel, still too risky for those who don’t like smoking. Housekeepers are nice.
