I loved everything about this hotel. It feels brand new and luxurious. The location is excellent, close to the subway station and to city’s attractions. The staff speaks English. Things are delivered to your room swiftly if you need anything. The room is gigantic and beautiful. Mine featured a spectacular city view. The tv has foreign channels (!). You really don’t want to leave this room.😉

Staff were so nice and hospitable. Normally I take my own bags to the room because it takes too long for them to be brought up. At this Hyatt they were up not even 5 minutes after I got to the room. The room was nice and modern & clean too. It was smartly designed. And the location is really close to the cruise terminal.
