Rooms are clean. Good view of Taal, but you have to be by the hallway to see it. Staff are friendly, except for the time when we were just cleared after checkout and they wanted to hold us because the staff didn’t find 1 of the hand towels. I had to tell them to check the toilet floor, where they eventually found it. I told them thst was a hassle as we were rushing for Sunday mass.

Everything is fantastic, except for some details (see below). The staff is friendly, service is very fast and there is practically a 1:1 ratio of service staff to guests (not counting more staff in the kitchen, porters, gardeners etc.), so it is a place where the guests are very well taken care of.

This was the first condo what we experienced in the Philippines what was very nice, and spacious, and complete, it felt as a home away from home. we stayed there for 2 weeks and love to come back next visit

Henry was the best host! We had wonderful meals, a comfortable room, and the privacy of being the only guests for several days... This was probably the most relaxing and value packed stay of our lifetime. I stayed at bigger, better, more elaborate accommodations, but Baywalk and Henry made this trip very special for us. Some rooms are more ‘senior-friendly’ than others. I suggest that the rooms have descriptions if it’ll require guests to walk up or down steep steps. So thanks to the staff for moving my senior parents to the room near the pool so they wouldn’t have to walk through so many stairs.

They agreed to my late check-in. No trouble checking in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The AC was very cold. There is hot shower. There were ammenity kits. As promoted, 2 twin beds, with towels, pillows and blankets. Strong WiFi connection.

Pros - the place is near in market and 7'11 - quiet and peaceful - facilities are good - the food is super delicious - there's a problem in our room ac and they are responsive and they transfer us immediately. Our 2nd room is larger and more spacious than the 1st one - the staffs are nice
