Everything was great great service amazing breakfast (in a restaurant!!!) and very clean rooms and spatious and safe (with one staff on the property at all times) 15 minute walk from lakey peak but scooter recommended Warm showerr Ac Small terrace (No moskito net so bring your own if needed) Great communication

Rocky and his beautiful pregnant wife are so friendly and kind. The room was big, clean and comfortable. They even cleaned it for us during our 5 day stay which was SO appreciated! Wifi worked great (a rarity in Sumbawa!) It’s a short 3-4 minute walk to Nungas beach (wave). There’s a beach bar/restaurant there for food and chilling, otherwise you might want a motorbike to go to the other restaurants.

the property is a sweet little grouping of modern houses. It has parking for both cars and bikes, racks for surf boards, a kitchen and large deck and beautiful gardening. This is a fantastic house with amazing bathrooms and cozy beds.

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast from 7AM to 11AM was always a treat after coming in from surfing. Fresh fruit with either an omelette or pancake made for the perfect morning snack. There is a high tower that anyone can go up to where you can hang out, work out, and get a peek of what Lakey Pipe looks like. Without even going on the main road you can scooter or walk down the road directly to the south of the property and grab a drink and a meal at fatmahs or paddle out to lakey peak or lakey pipe. Overall a nice quiet location with good service and simple comfortable rooms. You can buy inexpensive 5 gallon bottles of water for the provided water dispenser in each room at the shop owned by the hosts connected to the property.
