We loved how clean and comfy it was, we used the patio all day and thoroughly enjoyed eating and using the entire space. The owner was incredibly gracious and was great at communicating and helping us get our needs met. Would definitely stay again!

The location was great! The living room was spacious and clean. Though we didn’t use the additional amenities (we only stayed one night) it was nice that they were available like the beach chairs, washing machine and detergent , a stocked kitchen, fireplace. The swimming pool looked refreshing. Close and gated parking.

It’s centrally located, at Venice Beach. I stayed here because a few years ago I had a reservation but my flight got canceled and I messaged the property to let them know I wasn’t coming and they refunded me, which isn’t common. That was really cool. So when I booked another trip to L.A., I wanted to stay there just because they did me a solid. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but gets the job done. There were protein bars which is cool. The bed was super comfortable. I had a private room, shared bath.

I loved the property but it’s a lot of homeless disadvantaged people living on the streets nearby and it’s dangerous. My crossbody purse was snatched from me and I unfortunately was not able to check in due to the purse snatcher getting away with my wallet with all my credit cards and IDENTIFICATION in there.
