I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, but had not been back since 2017. I've been in Thailand past few weeks with family and I booked this for convenient place close to airport. No complaints from anyone in my group. It is not fancy but it is comfortable and clean. Air con has been good, rooms are quiet, no issues with staff. Book with confidence for budget room close to airport or Lat Krabang station for public transport to city. Grab rate to hotel from Lat Krabang Station was less than 80 baht or 25 baht moto ride. Hotel offers airport transfers for 150 baht per room.

    We had a great stay the front desk went out if their way to accommodate out late arrival 1AM. Driver was polite and helpful. Rasi at the front desk gave on the spot advise of how to get around Bonus was the breakfast and van ride to the airport.

    Everything is easy to get to with taxi and even walking. It is a much more relaxing vibe here than in central Bangkok and just a short taxi ride to the airport. There is a few okay shopping malls there also.

    I've always found the staff to be efficient, friendly and helpful. In fact I accidentally left two items of clothing behind in the wardrobe. Upon realising this, I called the Hotel's front desk and was met with a young lady who was more than happy to assist in recovering these items for me. Within a few days my clothes had been sent to me in Lamphun. Fantastic service...thank you Survanabhumi Ville staff for your consistent helpfulness. Van & Moo Moore

    The communication was great and the shuttle bus was easy to locate at the airport. The hotel facilities are amazing. This is not too far from the airport. I was only here for 1 night so didn’t get an opportunity to explore the local area.

    everything you need in reach (groceries, medicine/drugstore, 420), public transport at the airport fine, otherwise you get arround with taxi/grab. Little less hectic as Bangkok, great for immersing yourself in a more casual/everday Thai life :)

    The property are really closed to the Airport, The drop off service station is easy to found and within 5mins the car ready to pick us from airport and transfer us to the hotel. The hotel are big, has a very comfortable room, the staff are very helpful. We reached there by dinner time and they have 2x type Restaurant available, Japanese food & Thai food where the food are authentic and really nice. Our family were very happy with that.

    Really near to the airport, it locates on the B1/F of the airport. There is a 247 convenience store so you can get food 247. But there is no toilet so you have to use the toilet at the airport, upper level walk around 3 mins. Near to train station, same floor, one min walk.
