Staff are excellent , customer service is above and beyond , the manager him self is navigating between guests and taking extra care of them . Nice food , room and bathroom are fresh and very nice looking !

The location is great as it is near the Pingjiang street where all the local happenings are situated. Next to the hotel lobby is a Hanfu shop where we also engaged in their service for a day of being ancient chinese people. The best part of this hotel is Xiao Mu, the hotel concierge/host. He has been more than hospitable, providing so many useful tips and was patient while helping us out as we are a group of 11 people. We also love the tatami beds on the 2nd floor!
