Fantastic property and the location is next to the airport which was handy for our early flight.

The accommodations are simple and no-frills but perfectly comfortable. Tracy, the manager, is personable, friendly, and very responsive. She clearly loves her job and delights in helping her guests. I found all I needed for a comfortable stay. The key boxes made it very easy to arrive and check in on my timeline, which was great as my flight was delayed. Breakfast was simple but tasty and filling. Tracy's suggestions on where to go and what to do were very helpful. If I ever find myself visiting Bristol again, I'd happily stay at the Southville Guest House.

We only needed a bed for the night and room was very pleasant, clean and spacious with hanging space , more than adequate . Great TV. It was a very warm day but a fan was there for our use and we could open windows luckily as no air con . The location was great for us as we needed to be near Nature’s Spectacular in Chew for an event and it’s in a quiet village although people should be aware that it’s in the flight path . Andrea was a lovely host - very flexible about arrival time and extremely welcoming providing tea and coffee and even fresh milk for which we were very grateful .

Stayed the evening before a very early flight from Bristol. Immaculately clean, comfortable bed, basic self service breakfast and great for an airport stay. Very convenient drop off service for airport in the morning. Thank you Helen!
