The only truly excellent experience during my stay was at the restaurant, led by Mr. Mohamed and his outstanding team, including Amine. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us warmly with genuine smiles, attentive service, and great professionalism. They made sure every meal was well-presented, served promptly, and adapted to our preferences. They anticipated our needs without us having to ask, regularly checked if we were satisfied, and created a friendly and pleasant atmosphere that made us feel valued as guests. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile stood out and made our dining experiences the highlight of our stay. This is exactly the kind of service that reflects the quality and reputation Hamilton Hotel should aim to deliver in all departments. This overall experience, aside from the restaurant service, was far below the standard I expected and certainly does not reflect the image that Hamilton Hotel should be presenting to its guests. I request that management review these issues seriously, take corrective action, and provide an appropriate response to address the inconvenience, poor service, and health concerns I experienced.

The hotel was quiet. The internet was so good, never dropped once. The staff were very friendly. Good location in the heart of Agadir.
