Check-in was very easy. The manager was right up front and check-in was fast. The staff promptly brought my luggage up to my room. All were welcoming and friendly. The room was sparkling clean, with nice bedding, tile flooring and cold air conditioning. The shower was generously-sized and the water was hot. The place has a great location, very close to the airport as well as restaurants, grocery store and shops for last-minute souvenirs. The on-site restaurant and in-room massage options made my short stay extra-special. I will absolutely stay again the next time I'm flying out of Denpasar!!!

The Diana Suite is perfect for an overnight stopover en route to the airport. It's a short drive from the airport - or a winding 20 minute walk, if you're travelling light. Staff are always on hand 24/7 to check you in. The facility is looking a bit tired and in need to some renovation. e.g. the laminate on the wardrobe was peeling and the bedside table had collapsed & had not been repaired (we returned to the same room after 10 days in Lombok). The pool is a nice addition for a freshen-up. Staff are polite & attentive, although most have limited English. We enjoyed a nice Indonesian breakfast before heading to the airport for our transfer to Lombok. Then we returned for another overnighter before flying back to Australia. Overall, this place is excellent value for a short stay. The Diana Suites will always be my go-to whenever I need accommodation close to Denpasar International Airport.

We missed our transit flight and had to find a place at midnight in a place we knew nothing about. The place was very close to the airport and was open. We appreciated it very much. The cost is very low so for that we are happy with the establishment. It got decent sized bed and reasonably clean. No hot water shower. So I say for the price it is decent.
