The staff were incredibly helpful. The valet team helped find street parking. I was sitting on a conference call and someone brought me water unasked. Really above and beyond.

Location is unbeatable and generally the service was amazing. They even unwound my wife’s hairdryers cable which was a mess - never before experienced something like that. Great snacks for free in the room. Quality breakfast.

Snowmass Village has a large and diverse ski area, catering to all levels, providing a wide scope of options and spreading people over many lifts, keeping queues to a minimum. The staff are warm, helpful and friendly. The lifts are modern and in good order, the on-piste runs, wide and groomed well. Many runs are boarded by pine forest, defining the runs well, the pines often covered in snow, looking absolutely beautiful. The on-mountain facilities are great and provided for enjoyable breaks, sipping hot drinks and recharging energy stores. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, other boarders and skiers relaxed and accommodating. The Village Mall and lower areas present beautifully, having that timber and dark tile alpine look and feel and providing many interesting opportunities. Particularly enjoyed the little Thai restaurant in the old village. Overall, Snowmass is a very good ski resort and 1 of the best we've experienced.

Aspen is a playground of the rich and corporate interests of all sorts. Quite unpleasant for many reasons. The workers who make it work stream out of the city at 5:00 because they obviously can not live in the place where they work. One more American disgrace. Almost worse than that other travesty, Santa Fe.

This was definitely a place for those in their 20s-30s.

This was definitely a place for those in their 20s-30s. Young people seem to have a much better handle on electronically looking things up and making their way to a certain destination. We were overall disappointed in the customer service. It seemed as though we were interrupting when asking for directions. We were not told of how many places were closed nor how to access others where we could get a simple meal. We plan to give this another try in late September 2025 only because we weren't really impressed with Basalt for a place to stay close to Maroon Bells. Although, Two Rivers Cafe had an amazing breakfast. Now that we have a better handle on things, we might enjoy it more next time. Zane's had an amazing burger!

As an Aspen visitor for many years, I am disappointed with the high-value construction that has removed much of the city’s charm. The setting is as beautiful as ever with its exceptional hiking opportunities.

Great place to visit. Very walkable place.

Great place to visit. Very walkable place. We drove from Denver to Aspen; beautiful drive but the last hour or so, should be done during daylight hours as the road gets very narrow, with very close and dangerous curves. If possible, fly directly into Aspen.
