The village is quiet - not so loudly as much of resorts. There are beautiful beaches around - the line of the beach is more than 2 km long, with fine sands, shallow water and some good beach bars. Chara, The Manager, is the BEST of the BEST & she came to pick me up at the Kavala Airport & to bring me back to the Kavala Airport. I had my coffee at the sunrise on the beach. It is a 2 minute walking distance. Tha beach was clean and with nice personal to help us. It is a 10 minutes walk to the taverns area of Iraklitsa so just perfect to relax. It is a quiet place and not crowded.
