Its a terrible jam place. Most of the time spend was on the road stuck in the jam. Avoid weekends and public holidays. From Tanah Rata to Brinchang is around 3.5Km and we stuck for 4 hours. Used to be the end of the road, quiet and peaceful. Now it's a through traffic town and some parts can get quite noisy and busy with traffic .Too many inappropriate buildings , typical for the rapacious Malaysian developers! Little care for the environment. Very near to night market and central location makes it easy to go anywhere in Cameron Highlands. Good place to rest but not coming on weekend or public holiday due to traffic congestion. A kilometres travel will take you an hour to get there. Very bad traffic management and people mentality just for their own convenience.
