I stayed in a one-bed appartment operated in a separate building (a little further up the hill from the hotel.) A nice, roomy apartment with large windows. the walk to the beach is only 15 min or so. There are two grocery stores within 10 min walk. Very helpful staff.

Hotel Globo & Suite offers a familiar atmosphere and spacious rooms. It is right on the main pedestrianized shopping street in Sanremo, next to Piazza Colombo and the Ariston Theater.

Facility, once I reached the room, was a bit above expectations. Adequate size, good bathroom. Ten minutes walk, straight and relatively level, to the train station.
