The house is located in a valley in a very silent surrounding and the view around is wonderful. The landlady was absolutely friendly. The breakfast was lovely. In general we were pretty satisfied. The room itself was nice and roomy. Balcony was big with chairs and small table.

The photos don't do the place justice. It looks nice from the photos but sooo much nicer in reality. Such an authentic place to stay in, very naturally cool during the July heat. Rooms are super clean and comfy. The host was also more than welcoming and the breakfast experience was royal. Would love to return.

It's a small quiet hotel with modern rooms, good located in Mitterbach, close to Mariazell and Ötschergräben park entrances. Mariazellerbahnhof is near by. They serve plenty of food for breakfast. We spent two nights there, enjoying nature and wandering.

Hotel zum Heiligen Geist is located in the center of Mariazell, just 98 feet from the Bürgeralpe Cable Car and 1640 feet from the Basilica. Free WiFi is available.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. It is in an excellent location, not far from the train station (10 min walk). The room was very nice and clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Located next to the famous basilica and other sights, this hotel is right on the main square in the center of Mariazell.

Nice area, it is very close to the chair lift which gives the possibility to explore the area in a short period of time. The rooms seem to be renovated and clean.
