Great location just 5min from the train station. Lots of shops (grocery stores) right next to it as the hotel is placed on top of a shopping mall. Amazing breakfast - they also organized gluten free bread for us. Amazing service and very attentive staff! Great price value! If you’re looking for a great hotel in the middle of Uster - then it’s Illuster!

The place was very clean and perfect for 2 nights but a little small for the three us. Not a big deal. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay there again. We had no issues.

Very friendly staff, with knowledge of English language. Everyone, receptionist, waiter, maid... Neat and clean room, everything works properly. Large shower place. The breakfast is very good, with a wide selection. A little further from the city center, but quickly accessible by car. Sufficient number of free parking spaces. Hotel to recommend, good value for money.

Thank you for such a great experience! We had to make a call to the front desk multiple times after mistakes on our end (locked keys in rooms, showing up after hours, etc,). The woman at the front desk was very accommodating and super friendly! I will definitely stay here again in the future. Also - thank you for the upgrade!!
