The hotel is an absolutely stunning property. Since it’s newly opened, there’s a number of small details and staff training issues to work out and adjust to, but I want to give benefit of the doubt while they get their footing. On the other hand, the owner, Chris, goes outstandingly out of his way to make everyone happy and sort out any loose ends. He really made our stay a positive experience, and I trust that he has every single guest’s best interest and experience in mind. Our main issue was with the hotel restaurant service as there were discrepancies with menu items & what would he delivered, as well as speed of service. The hotel itself is clean, and if you need anything, you can just ask and it will be brought to you almost immediately. I’d definitely return, but hope that these small details would be worked out by then, as they are things you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber and price.

I liked that it was clean, they have very nice comments, the sheets were warms and clean. The views were absolutely beautiful! Feel very safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

- The hostess (Olenya (?)) was the sweetest and most helpful host! She was able to get everything I requested (soap, towel, lightbulb replaced) - Hostess was flexible and allowed for late check-out and even gave me a goodbye gift! (so nice!) - Arranged for sand dune buggy last-minute for a good price, and it was an incredible experience! - The host gave me good information on the cost of a mototaxi from the Cruz del Sur bus station to Huacachina (10 soles). The mototaxi got lost, but the host was able to guide him to the hostal - Central location - Huacachina isn't very big and this was pretty much in the center of the oasis - Nice views of the sand dunes
