The breakfast was ok but i found getting some toast a little difficult there was no one available to help with the toaster. The location is good but the Hotel should find a way to better serve the guest get from the Airport to the Hotel.

room was very large, water in the room. welcome snack, breakfast was really good. Feng was very helpful. 24 hour connivence store at the reception was quite good . free laundry and when i went o get our clothes, it had been packed and folded for me. the staff were really exceptional for service delivery

I would say that I really appreciate and happy for a welcoming and lovely services from all the reception staffs at Holiday Inn Changsha Malanshan that made me really comfortable for my trip especially “Eric” and “Yuni” the young receptions are really welcome us.
