Staff was great, especially our housekeeper on the 9th floor. Very engaging and asked if we needed anything multiple times, even while walking down the hallway.

This hotel is neither well managed nor well kept. We met our room door open when we arrived. The refrigerator was not cleaned out. The freezer was frozen and packed with accumulated ice from previous use. The toilet would not flush. The staff attending to breakfast was singing at the top of her voice. One of the receptionists sat right by the entrance of the hotel in uniform, smoking. This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Won't be coming back and not recommended.
