Arrival time was delayed due to car troubles. Contacted the host who was empapthetic, extremely helpful and accommodating, and offered an extended check out time, which was lovely.

Boutique Beach House was the perfect anchor for our weekend in St Kilda. Close to amenities, easy to access, no stairs, good layout and great communication from our lovely hosts made it a weekend to remember. We will definitely be back!

Location was decent (close enough to get to St Kilda and far enough away not to be disturbed by the patrons of St Kilda!!). Room was pretty cool, close enough to how it appeared online. Bed was comfortable (I think, perhaps I was well enough liquored up to sleep anywhere!!). You know, it was good enough - I booked it because it looked super cool and fancy and it didn't quite meet the expectations the pictures presented. That's not to say anything was wrong with it and perhaps I had too high a set of hopes - I like to be wowed when I walk in the door of a $ 300-a-night hotel. The amenities were good - I used the fridge; it worked!!! I used the shower, I got wet for a while then got out.

Ritz Backpackers is finally re-opening with a face elevator including all new bunk beds with privacy curtains, charger points, bed light and fan!

Rooms were nice with nice curtains and lamp. You could also lock your stuff in a crate under the beds.
