The location, size, and amenities of the property were great! The staff was amazing and anticipated our needs. They were very accommodating and kind. From the swimming pool area to the breakfast buffet, we were attended to very well. The location was right off of D’mall so it was so convenient for snacks and souvenir shopping. The hotel transportation to and from the Caticlan airport was smooth as well!

I initially booked the cheapest room available. Upon check in, the front desk offered to upgrade us to the premium room with pool access for $116 extra. We checked the room and accepted the upgrade. Fell inlove with the room actually.
