Staff was welcoming, and their hospitality was great. Room condition was top-notch, and I have no complaints about it at all. Food quality was great, and public baths were quite small, but enough. Lots of master pieces maid me feel like staying in an exhibition. I will definitely come back.

The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. We are very grateful for all the help they gave us. Additionally they serve good coffee, you have a chance to play multiple board games etc. The location is also optimal, right next to the main public onsen.
