Excellent location - small sub-urban community 20 minutes to center of Salzburg (very good public transport by bus); close to attractive nature sites reachable by car. We made a family trip around Salzburg, but we do not like to stay in cities, so we stayed in this little village, which is just outside Salzburg. We have visited the Salt Mine in Hallein, which was wxcellent and the Untersberg, using the lift, with a very nice outlook to the area around.NorbertAustria

Family run by such welcoming people, it was a place we decided that we need to come back to. The rooms were traditional, comfortable and clean. Our room’s view out over the mountains all covered with snow was magical. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and the food was great. It is an easy drive to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden and Königssee, among other beautiful sights.
