The customer representatives were awesome. Specially Julie & Marc they were so helpful and friendly they made our check in so beautiful! Please keep them happy at your hotel. Also the girls from breakfast were amazing. The beds were so comfortable and the curtains were all blocking the light which was a plus travelling with a kid . We like the pool a lot but it seems that always was full of bugs on the floor and floating , they should have the pool hours till 9 or 10pm my only big complaint. Really beautiful hotel in a great walking distance 5min to a gas station and restaurants. Parking is included and right in front of the property Granby Zoo is 15min driving from there )

It was new and fresh . Great patio and parking and great light -it’s a nice spot! Love the washer and dryer for wet ski stuff! Great location if you want to go out to eat etc. Confusing to find though as when we booked we didn’t see that it’s in a commercial setting- above businesses.

The place was perfect. The room very clean and has the essential stuff you need, the same for the bathrooms and the kitchen. Even if bathrooms and kitchen were shared everything was super clean. There were other people in the building but very quiet. Very good location at night you can just walk out there are stores and restaurants on the street. We booked one night, planning to stay in Montreal the next night, but we actually ended up staying there and leave in the morning for Montreal. This is going to be our place to stay every time we will be in the area.

Everything! Beautiful house, lovely setting. Great pool, open all hours, spa tub. Breakfast was delicious. Comfortable bed. Wonderful hosts. Recommendation to an awesome restaurant nearby (Babar). Really the top of the top!

    -Ceiling was pouring water. -Staff were rude. -They refused a refund when we down sized from a suite to a standard room (when they promised our suite would have joining doors to the other people we were staying with). -Refused to give us a credit for the zoo when it was down pouring -Provided all carbs for breakfast with only cold boiled eggs.
