I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks (May 27 to June 17, 2023)! The hotel location was excellent! proximity to the Fortis Escort Hospital, eateries, pharmacy and shops was another great advantage. The hotel in general was very clean, neat, and the beddings were very comfy. The staff were very polite and helpful (always smiling even if you are making a complain) from the gate, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Heena (housekeeping) she was so nice and dedicated to her job and has been so nice to my child always making animals with towels for him, the restaurant team that made us feel at home away Pradeev, Khusboo, Jevand, Avinash, Himaushu, Krishna, Rajesh, Pretem to mention afew and of course Thei (the Pan cake queen!) for their excellence and making us feel so at home. I want to give a thumbs up for the Chef de cuisine Mr Arshi who ensured we had our food is as we requested, I say thank you! I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner. My sincere appreciation also so to Mrs. Sharda and Miss Priyanka for the wonderful decorations, gifts and cake on my son’s birthday we can’t thank you enough it really made my son’s day! What truly sets Red Fox apart is its staff. Unlike Lemon Tree, where the service is perfunctory at best, the team at Red Fox is warm, proactive, and genuinely attentive to guests’ needs. They go out of their way to provide help, early check-ins, or room upgrades whenever possible. There is a strong sense of teamwork, and feedback is actively solicited and acted upon collaboratively. On one occasion, after I casually remarked that the baked goods weren’t quite to my taste (although their food is generally very good), the restaurant manager personally brought a fresh basket of pastries and coffee to my room—an impressive gesture that is just one of the many examples of their commitment to guest satisfaction. New Delhi being the capital of India, it has all the facilities of a capital city required one would prefer or ask for. I hope it maintains it status for all future times and remains as a capital city. We had visited Rastrapati Bhavan, India Gate, National Craft Museum, National Museum, Haus Khas, Dilli Hat, Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, Ugrasen Ki Baoli, Etc. Praveen singh& api both are very friendly and helpful... I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ginger. The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout. The food service was excellent, with delicious meals served promptly. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless.
