Beautiful decor! Comfortable rooms! Looks exactly as described on the website! The lobby even smells amazing! Great location within easy walking distance to stores & restaurants. We felt very safe & even walked to the Bay! The staff were very friendly & met all of our requests! Quiet hotel & neighborhood too! We got a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel.

The suite itself was absolutely beautiful. But the rest of the hotel was under construction. The staff seemed to be a little scattered. Apparently we weren’t even checked in and marked as a no-show somehow. That delayed our breakfast because it was canceled. That was sorted out. But overall really nice. The rooftop pool was the size of a small hot tub.

Clean comfortable and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The rooms in the home were clean and microwave and mini fridge available. The hostess was amazing. Fabiola gives amazing service. She transported us to and from the airport, gave us excellent tips for restaurants and navigating through the airport. Highly recommend

Excellent experience staying at the hotel, very friendly treatment and always willing to help. The reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their job. The room, cleanliness, the lobby area is very nice. I will recommend it.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. We were there for the Bad Bunny concert so was very close to the concert venue as well. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helped us with any questions that we had. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. They also provided us with beach towels in our rooms and beach chairs/umbrellas in the general area near the entrance.

I cannot say enough positive things about La Botánica Hotel!! It was beautiful, great location, and incredible staff, Victor made amazing vegan breakfast every morning and we attended yoga provided by the hotel as well. La Botánica is such a beautiful tropical hotel located five minutes walking distance to the beach. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
