Hilmi, Michael's older brother, hosted me during my three night stay at the camp. It was a special stay and the list of things I liked is long but I'll try to condense. The proximity to the water - 20 meters from the camp is Tarabeen beach. It provides opportunities for natural cooling from the heat, swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. I especially recommend night time dips in the water! Hilmi's Hospitality and cooking - lovingly-crafted dinners, dice games, and deep conversations into the night. The communal spaces - good ambiance in the camp, quality guests, a chance to mingle or be alone with your thoughts. A little bit of extra tender loving care - Hilmi and Michael took us on a nearby mountain hike my last night there followed by a fire under the stars. It was a great finale to my trip. That and my 2 AM dip in the Red Sea.

    This was the Honeymoon of our dreams! Everything about the resort was beyond perfect. The manager Reda especially took really amazing care of us allowing us early check-in and late checkout because our flight got delayed. Anything we needed everyone went out of their way to provide for us. The food in the Market buffet restaurant is amazing, each day it's different and unique with a great mix of local and international food, there's something there for everyone! Be sure to check out what's grilling on the terrace outside the dining arrea during lunch and dinner because the chefs often make pizza, crepes, bbq... As for the drinks, we recommend asking to see what cocktails they offer first because there are a lot of non alcoholic and alcoholic options, and you can modify each and every one! We settled on the mocktail "Honeymoon" and just added rum, and we can't recommend that one enough! Special shout out to our boy Mohamed for bringing us our two Honeymoons with rum every time he saw us with empty hands! 🙌☺️ I even had a small medical problem, and the in house medical team was amazing, they took our insurance with no problem so we paid nothing but got excellent amazing service! We really can't see how anyone can find anything wrong with this paradise, we will come back ASAP! 🩷

    Sharm Elsheikh is truly designed for tourists and has everything you could wish for on a holiday. The diving and snorkeling in Ras Mohamed and the Nabq reserve are incredible, with stunning coral reefs and marine life. The nightlife is lively and fun, while the Old Market offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. Desert safaris were a real highlight, and the people everywhere are so friendly and welcoming. What makes Sharm even more special is its location – it’s easy to visit Dahab for a laid-back vibe or take a trip to Mousa Mountain for a unique cultural and spiritual experience.     Dahab is positive and vibrant. Way more chill than the way too expensive overrated sharm el sheikh! Taxi drivers should be ignored! Dahab has so many so amazing cafes and bars! Perfect for snorkelling and low budget! You can hike u can live easy as digital nomad u can dive in blue hole and elsewhere of course! Easy accessable via local bus or go bus or other bus companies

    The beach and the underwater coral reef there are absolutely beautiful - this is the main attraction, for sure. Diving there was amazing. I hadn't been to Sinai in over twenty years so I'd kind of forgotten what it's like. The biggest issues were the heat and the water - you can't drink the water in Egypt if you're not Egyptian, so you have to buy bottled water all day long and it's actually not that cheap, at least at the hotels. Other than the beaches and the hotels, there didn't seem to be a lot to see there - I guess you could take tours but we didn't. It's not really a "town" per say, it's more like a string of hotels, resorts, etc. But it's beautiful on the beach and the hotel we stayed at (Nielson Village) was very nice in terms of the view, the service, the room and so on.

    La Hacienda resort seems to be probably the most well known and best resort there. About the food you wouldn't find the widely known food chains available there, just some local restaurants and supermarkets (some good, some bad follow your instincts). So maybe prep some meals to pack with you or rely on the resort's eatery, if any. A popular activity there is Kite surfing which looks very enjoyable but unfortunately they only offered costly 6-day-courses, no individual surfs.

    Nuweiba is a beautiful spot in South Sinai, with it's long beach and clear water, the palms, camels, and the enchanting Egyptian desert with the magical Red Sea mountains, it creates a beautiful landscape that makes you feel like you are in a dream.     Stay at Morganland Hotel. Mr Muhammad Khattab receptionist excellent. Made my stay special. Icon gallery at St catherine monastery breath taking. Trip to wadi feiran monastery. Bedouin craft from two lovely women, shopping. Due to construction, walking difficult.

    Sharm is one of those places where, in addition to a beautiful sea, there are tons of activities to do, from visiting natural parks to historical cultural excursions, in areas like the old town and monuments such as mosques or on day trips like the pyramids or Mount Sinai. Sports activities at a reasonable price like paragliding for €25 per person, horseback riding on the beach for €30, and spas starting at €25, driving a quad in the desert starting from €25. Shopping, as Sharm is the paradise of fakes. There are some areas of Sharm for locals and nightlife like Naama Bay or Soho Square, although I particularly liked the part of the old town. And how can I not mention the sea of Sharm, which offers sandy beaches or rocky beaches and in almost all of them, you can find one of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world; Sharm is the paradise for snorkeling and diving.

    Dahab is still magical and simple just like the first time,...

    Dahab is still magical and simple just like the first time, we need to respect it's nature and culture, so please do not throw plastic waste or touch the corals, it's on of the best places for diving and snorkeling and it is not comparable with other cities.

    The hotel looks impressive from the outside, the rooms are large, the balcony is relatively large, the cleanliness is average, the facilities in the room are outdated, the food in the hotel is not varied enough and there is a crazy fly problem in the place.
