We stayed in the Diamond Suite Cottage. It is a separate house from the main B&B. It was wonderful! The bed area was gorgeous, the TV area had a very nice couch, the kitchen area allowed us to store snacks and refrigerated items, plus other kitchen items we didn't use, the bathroom had a wonderful jacuzzi tub & shower! It was very easy to walk to restaurants, historical sites and shopping! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay again!

The location was absolutely the BEST!! Being so close to the Historic District was phenomenal.

This charming St. Augustine B&B offers a home-cooked breakfast each morning and rooms with free Wi-Fi and a cable TV. Potter’s Wax Museum is within easy walking distance.

I liked the history about the place and how it was located near everything. I liked the breakfast, it was delicious and beautifully served. I thought Oliver was so nice and helpful in everything we asked of him.

The location is perfect. Close to old town but not too busy and not noisy. Clean rooms in a recently remodeled hotel. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast (not included) is very good. If you want to use valet for your car, this is one option. Another option is to park the car in the municipal parking across the street. The trick is to enter the parking after 5pm and it will cost only $5 if you leave the car there during your stay. Otherwise you will pay each time you enter and it can go up to $20 if entering before 5pm.

The breakfast was exceptional !!…. Chose the location primarily because of the great reviews on the food. Our Host Sasha was awesome…. Very friendly and accommodating. The house was beautiful, cozy and CLEAN - will definitely recommend !!
