InDrive in Windhoek makes getting round very easy.
InDrive in Windhoek makes getting round very easy. However the location markers seem tricky - either drivers can't find you or the time indicated in the App is not correct. Ordering food ahead and going to collect at restaurants made evenings after work very easy. The Col'cacchio restaurant at Grove Mall had a fabulous view of the setting sun over drinks or dinner. Easy to get around as InDrive worked well and no traffic congestion in the mornings. InDrive satellites not accurate for wait times and exact pick up location at times. Be prepared to add a message on exact pick up location. Super clean and very tidy city. Guest houses offer good rates and facilities to counter the pricey hotels. Great choice of restaurants around, especially at Grove Mall near my hotel. Colcacchio has an incredible view of the panoramic sunset skyline - beautiful. Their bar is also well stocked and great choice of wine. The Indian restaurant at Grove served great meals to go and at affordable prices.Guest review byWendy JoanZimbabwe
