I loved the property but it’s a lot of homeless disadvantaged people living on the streets nearby and it’s dangerous. My crossbody purse was snatched from me and I unfortunately was not able to check in due to the purse snatcher getting away with my wallet with all my credit cards and IDENTIFICATION in there.

The apartment was nice and very clean. The view from the balcony was pretty. The kitchen was stocked, toiletries, hairdryer and enough towels were in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable apartment stocked with all the basics. Great selection of spices provided in the kitchen. The pool is warm and hot tub is hot. Love this community because security doesn't come and kick you out of the hot tub after it closes at 10, I was able to stay many nights beyond closing. Easy walk to restaurants along the marina and Burton Chace Park. The host is responsive and friendly. Thermostat works great so you can adjust the temperature. The bed is very comfortable. Note it is a long walk from the car to the apartment so if you have alot of luggage, plan accordingly. Beautiful view of the pool and specious balcony.

Vinis place was amazing! So close to the beach, volleyball courts, and they even have a surfboard and wetsuit for use. Garage parking was available and Vini was immediately responsive to our needs, he lives very close. We would love to come back and stay here again!

It was a clean cute apartment in a good location, and the pool/hot tub facilities were nice. The host was pleasant to speak with and responded very quickly and was quite accommodating. Would stay here again!
