It was like a hostel where you could make your own meals, use a common area, shared bathrooms Nicholson Homestay was close to everywhere I wanted to go by tram or walking. It was at the tram stop and my view was of Carlton gardens. Soundproofing between rooms was not good but nobody was noisy. I had good sleeps each of the three nights I was there. It was great value. The staff were helpful, professional and friendly.

I didn’t realize that cozy meant one room! It was so small I wish it had been advertised as such. And it was so expensive for such a small space. On opening the door we were met with the smell of mould. We could not find any manual/information folder. Very disappointing.
