Mr. Jad was so welcoming & professional at the recent They gave us a welcoming drink & He gave is an upgrade on our room since it was our first time there We had late lunch at Ava restaurant They called us to confirm & asked if we are having a special occasion The food was very good & delicious the place was quite it was there last order & was nice of them to wait for us The room was big &clean with all the necessary amenities We had the American breakfast in the room it was less the half hour it was great
