It’s like an oasis when you walk through the front entrance. Very clean premises all around and definitely in the room. You can tell they take pride in their hotel and the owners are very nice people. Would highly recommend (and I don’t recommend many things). Thank you for your hospitality, Hans!

This is my second time at Woodlands. Both times I stayed in the Executive studio. Beds are great, has all the amenities one needs. Toothbrush, paste, iron, cups, plates etc. Its for long stay so its like living in an apartment with a kitchen. Great place for me and my two sons. We only stayed one night but this place is kind of my go to place in North Pattaya. Right across the street from Terminal 21 and its also very family oriented. Its not cheap but worth the price is you can splurge a little. The locations is the key but the room set up is large and has two TVs. Very clean and well-kept. I didn't try the breakfast this time as my sons and I wanted to splurged a little and had breakfast at La Baguette. The restaurant they own on the front. Its a bit pricy but well worth it. Probably one of the best breakfast I had in a very long time. For me and my two 8yo sons the bill came out a little over 2,000b. Coffee was good, juice was natural, pancakes well platted and proper use of good ingredients as well as the Premium breakfast I had. Staff was nice but wished they were a little friendlier and not as aloof. But professional regardless. One last thing I like to give a mention is to Khun YO. The front lady who checked me in. She was kind, funny and personable. A great start for arriving at Woodlands after a 3Hour drive from Bangkok. I work as and F&B in a hotel in Bangkok for the last 15 years. Usually when you arrive at a Hotel the perception starts when you arrive at the property. How clean it is, how well its kept, and staff usually makes a huge difference in the overall experience of the stay. So she did an excellent job.

Good location, nice staff. I like that the hotel allows guest to have their own meal and drinks in the lobby. The guests can choose to buy the meal from the hotel or bring their own, really comfortable. I mostly stay here when I come to pattaya.

It's worth the money and a very friendly hotel. Shuttle bus available to different areas free of charge. The lounge on the 22nd floor is amazing and an excellent place to relax and enjoy the view.

    It was lovely there, definitely the nice part of Pattaya. Much quieter and more relaxing. If you prefer to be in amongst the hustle and bustle, you would probably prefer to stay in the city centre. Although it was a very short cheap uber or taxi/scooter ride to the city centre.

    Pattaya north is by far the best area in Pattaya, compared to Pattaya Central its quiet, clean and has great shopping centres as well as bars on your doorstep. If you not in Pattaya to enjoy adult activities then Pattaya north is the place you want to be.

    North Pataya is an interesting area with a lot going on...

    North Pataya is an interesting area with a lot going on around 3rd Road, Clubs, Pubs and BBQ places which I did not really have time to visit. Cannot get around easy with the 10B bus but Bolt taxis were very easy to get around with and cheap.

    Pattaya has a good mix of entertainment outlets and massage parlours, restaurants and shopping venues. However there were not many authentic Thai restaurants, the streets are dominated by Indian, Italian and fast food restaurants.

    North Pattaya is 8 miles from beach and walking street. However bear in mind the traffic this can take 20/25 mins. Pattaya beach stinks. Go to coral Island cruises. Cheap deals by speed boat : paragliding, snorkeling,jet ski and banana ride only 52£ all day. Very impressive at least 2 islands with clean aqua water.

    Pattaya North has a lot to offer.

    Pattaya North has a lot to offer. The hotel is not close to the city, but there is a shuttle bus that provide transport two time a day to the mall. I think there should be more than 2 trips per day. There are no trips provided in the morning.

    This is the second time we have stayed here and we’ve booked again for next winter. After staying in nearly all the top class hotels in Pattaya, I must say we do prefer this hotel. Not too big, great views, lovely staff, great service, rooms are superb, clean and comfy bed, clean pool, beach views and everything you want from a Thai Hotel, especially as the staff look after the hotel dog, Emma. Kind people x

    Everything was amazing. Spacious rooms with a lovely view. The staff was some of the most friendly I’ve ever meet. The hotel itself is so beautiful with a lovely rooftop pool. It’s close to everything in walking distance from the beach, Central mall, Terminal 21, street food, amazing restaurants, walking street, elephant sanctuary etc.
