Amazing room, AMAZING pool, amazing prices. The prices for food and drinks inside the hotel was similar to the prices outside. Usually in such resorts in-hotel consumption was overpriced. The spa prices also very reasonable, comparable to the ones in massage spots along the city, despite the fact that the hotel’s spa provided much better environment and luxury I’m a writer and the view from the balcony in my room was inspiring

    The line of restaurants was really nice but regarding the beach, it’s over crowded with agents trying to sell beach activities so there wasn’t a peaceful space where you could just chill and actually go take a swim at the beach which was a bit disappointing

    Patong beach is nice. It's a party place.

    Patong beach is nice. It's a party place. Seems to be pretty safe. Lots of people selling and renting lots of things. Not a quiet getaway place but a great place to see the nightlife and it is a good place for swimming. The beach has no public bathroom facilities and most places will charge ten to twenty baht for bathroom usage. People are generally nice and I had an excellent coconut... maybe the best coconut I ever had... seriously, it was really good.

    The area is not ideal to stay in if you are looking for a clean and peaceful holiday experience. You are charged foe everything there making the environment unfriendly. Rather pay for good resorts or else look at another area in Phuket for a better quality experience.

    I love Patong Beach, the soft sand, the warm water.

    I love Patong Beach, the soft sand, the warm water. I enjoy the vibe from the masseuse, the fireworks displays, the dancing in the evening and the Jungceylon Mall. Not to mention the kick boxing. It's easy to get around Patong. A favorite eatery was Dang.

    Very busy place. I ate mostly at local Thai restaurants. Easy to get around in Patong. I rented a motorbike, 5000THB for 1 month, going with tuk tuk are way too expensive. For a family with young children I would prefer Kata Beach.

    I was really looking forward to visiting Patong Beach, but...

    I was really looking forward to visiting Patong Beach, but unfortunately, I found it quite disappointing. The beach was very crowded and not as clean as I had hoped. There was quite a bit of litter around, which took away from the natural beauty of the area. It’s a shame because the location has so much potential. Definitely not the relaxing beach experience I was expecting.

    My second time staying here, they renovated this place just recently, and changed to new management. Staff is more friendly, rooms very clean,beds were comfortable for a good night sleep & even had a laptop-friendly table for me to work. Supercheap grocery store is just across the road and Patong beach is maybe around 12-13 minute walk away. Overall if you are looking for a comfortable place to sleep but does not burn a hole in your wallet, this budget hotel is one of the better ones in Phuket / Patong.

    Review of Anona hotel Patong Phuket Thailand Only one year old. Situated perfectly across the beach in central Patong close to Bangla road but still in quiet spot. There is a small food market next to the hotel for convenience. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Pool is situated next to reception for enjoyment. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Walk in shower. Free WiFi Breakfast served at the restaurant in the front of the hotel. Beach towels provided. Airport shuttle arranged.

    The hotel is excellent, a little oasis in patong beach, not too close to the chaos of Bangla road, but also not so far that you cannot enjoy it. The rooms are a bit dated but lovely and very comfortable. The swimming pool is definitely a great plus of this hotel. I throughly enjoyed my stay and would be back next time i`m in phuket.
