The house was quaint, simple, clean and cozy. We felt like home and loved loved loved our stay. We will booking again in the near future. I loved the natural bohemian furniture, Amazing for lounging and sipping coffee. We are a simple family and this cottage fitted our needs perfectly. The patio is well cared for and great for relaxing on the hammock.

Great place tucked away behind their sign. It's a little oasis. I loved jumping in the pool after riding my bike home from the beach. I had no complaints. The check in out process was easy. I never saw the owners. I had my rental bike delivered to the property. I've been coming to Sanibel for years and always wanted to stay here, it did not disappoint.

We loved the place , beautiful, peaceful and great location!! Close to stores and restaurants and close to the lighthouse ..we watched great sunrises .

Tarpon Tale Inn is a fabulous stay! My boyfriend and I spent a short weekend here, and it was above and beyond our expectations. The room was so clean and quaint, and the location could not be in a more perfect spot! It was literally a 5 minute walk to the beach! They had sweet little amenities such as a small fire pit area, a hammock for lounging, each room has a small outdoor patio perfect for breakfast or dinner! Not to mention they provided us with beach towels, shelling gear, even beach chairs! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on Sanibel now, especially for the value!! You simply cannot beat Tarpon Tale Inn!

Loved the proximity to the beach. Everything was new and nice. They did a great job rehabbing the property. The pool wasn't open, that was a bummer but they are still doing construction. I would stay here again.
