Deia was a bit more tourist-oriented than we expected. Both during the day and during dinner time. So difficult to find a parking spot, and most restaurants were "touristy" in stead of Spanish. Deia is a special place in the mountains of Mallorca. Super walkable. The trails and the beach are super cool and the restaurants are all good. Nice vibe and well worth the visit. The ancient city of Deià is charming with spectacular acces to one of mallorcas most beautiful coves. We loved our stay here, but it is a quiet town with only a few restaurants. The Wednesday market in the square is also tiny. i was expecting a larger market from the reviews and was disappointed there wasn’t more to look around at. The town itself is so beautiful and ancient, it almost feels like a movie set. the people are super friendly. We encountered many locals who knew five languages but only had a little english, so be prepared with a translator app and if you have a little french. most people know that, or german but you won’t have 100% guarantee that you will be able to communicate if you don’t have the basics of spanish. even so, you would get by fine as the locals will work with you until you understand each other.Guest review byCharleneUnited States

Hotel has direct access to a little sea entry by staircase after 15 minutes walk down. Deffo worth it. Other things , nice cushions and pillows , 4 to choose from. They give you clean towels for the pool everyday by the reception. And also they offer check out shower room with clean towels. Big plus. We had two diners in the restaurant and although on the pricey side for spain we had delicious meals unlike some of the reviews we read. I like that there's a limited amount of rooms which also means limited guests and that really adds to the secluded feel. It felt like every guest had a little extra attention because of it. The staff text me prior to check in - when I got there the staff knew my friend Ashley was meeting us at the hotel and said she was on the way.
