Balthazar restaurant and bar was excellent on our first night,Saturday alas on Sunday it was not.They we’re very busy for the festival and tired 💤 on Sunday.We wanted a 6pm dinner,told nothing till 7.30.We were patient and sat with beer and wine till 7.30...alas no service till 7.55....the food was poor as opposed to Sat.Left half of it...when asking for bill it took 20 mins..with a water that we didn’t get receive.Lots of staff but not very attentive.

The place is beautiful, full of birds and flowers and Lucila is the most cheerful and helpful of hosts (we made a good use of the pool too). The location is great as well. We ended up staying longer than we planned as we couldn't face going back to Buenos Aires after our stay here.
