Amazing shopping malls.
Amazing shopping malls. Loved IconSiam it was spectacular to view. Kids enjoyed the waterfall and play area there and the water ferries in the river. Didn't have enough time to explore so definitely will be back. Give yourself enough time to do shopping. Grab taxi service is easy and trustworthy would highly recommend to download their app and use them to get around. 7eleven had great choices for kids to eat. They warm the food and give eating utensils.Guest review byIzelleSouth Africa - 10.0

Hua Hin is a charming coastal town in Thailand with a relaxed vibe and clean beaches. It’s perfect for a weekend getaway, offering a mix of seaside fun and cultural spots. The night markets are lively, with great food and local crafts. Traffic is calmer compared to bigger Thai cities, making it easy to explore. Overall, it’s a peaceful yet vibrant place to unwind.Guest review byAmrishIndia - 8.0

Hotel is good, comfortable beds good shower, hot and cold water in the sink, swimming pool was nice but the water was a little dirty in my opinion, never saw pool cleaners but l was only there for 3 days, Rooms are large and clean, Only downside for myself and my friends was it’s a long way from the bars and restaurants that serve European food, There are taxis outside, old pick up trucks not nice air conditioned cars, they charge 100 baht to go up the straight road, which is ok but we had to have a taxi to go for breakfast there and back then another to go out in the evening out and back, so an extra 400 baht a day on the room price, If the hotel would provide a free shuttle service like many hotels do in other cities, I’m sure they would do better business.Guest review byAndrewThailand - 8.0

Very cultural & if well planned most areas are accessible by bike - we hired for a couple of days & did 3-4hrs each day which was more than enough to visit multiple sites especially in the heat & humidityGuest review byMarkAustralia - 4.0
Not a lot to like.
Not a lot to like. There isn't really a beach most of the time - rather a stepped sea wall. It feels a bit rough. Probably not a destination that families should put on their list of places to go to in Thailand.Guest review byJamesAustralia - 6.0
It all depends on where you stay.
It all depends on where you stay. Location to transport and markets and the room facilities in your residence being the deciding factor. The river ferry goes there if you are near the pier and some areas have trains - buses are plentiful if you know which ones to use.Guest review byMR CHRISTOPHER GRAYIndia - 8.0

Sai Yok is great for people wanting to visit beautiful natural wonders and the terrible death railway of WW11. However, information is often incorrect and wrong most locals have no English. I researched extensively and even that was not enough most websites offer information that is ab solutely wrong and only their own experience NOT FACTS, enjoy.Guest review byEagleAustralia - 6.0

Not really sure about Prachuap KK - far too many stray dogs which can feel a bit frightening especially at night! Not many reviewers have mentioned this - our host had walking sticks to deter the dogs and monkeys! The place is very low key and not many places to just sit and have a drink at the end of the day. Found a great vegetarian place to eat - breakfast and lunch only as they close at 2Guest review byAnne - 10.0
I love Bangkok, it's got so much character.
I love Bangkok, it's got so much character. We stayed in Sukhumvit and Old Town. We're a couple in our mid twenties, who like to party occasionally but we prefer the peaceful temples, street food, cute cafes and bars and immersing ourselves in the culture of wherever we visit. If you're anything like us, you might prefer Old Town too. I didn't like staying in Sukhumvit at all. Everything is much more expensive and much less authentic. It's mainly nightclubs and dodgy streets. Old town had amazing food, we found this lovely homestay kind of accomodation which was a bit tricky to locate but our hosts were LOVELY. They cooked fresh breakfast and it was among the best food we had in our entire trip. OT is also super close to most of the cultural attractions, in fact a lot of them are walking distance away. China town is also a great visit.Guest review bySifat
