The location was good. The room was exactly the same as described in the listing. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. There is luggage storage facility as well which is an added benefit. We didn't try the breakfast or inhouse restaurants. The accessibility is also good from this hotel in terms of cabs

Perfect location near Suvarnabhumi airport. The airport shuttle service was very convenient and punctual. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful with all our requests. Great value for a transit stay - everything you need after a long flight.

New and modern design, very professional reception staff, good breakfast food, great value for money paid. I would suggest more hands on approach for management in the restaurant - cleanliness of buffet line, coffee machine readiness, hot food to be hot. More concerns to the fundamentals of the business would be more beneficial than just passing through and greeting a few guests.

The hotel is near Silom Center. The room is good with all the things you need. The pool view is nice. The staff is also nice and I really like the receptionist who handles quick checkin and checkout process his name is BIG and he speaks good English as well. I have requested for an extra pillow and blanket at midnight and they were able to give me my request immediately. Will definitely stay again.

Everything about our stay was excellent. From the moment we arrived and how our family was welcomed by the friendliest hotel staff in the world. Amazing hospitality. The hotel itself is brand new! Literally brand new, I think we were the first to stay in those rooms! The area is tucked away nicely, very quiet area of town.The rooms are very modern, obviously super clean since they just opened this month. The beds, oh let me tell you about the beds, you'll have a hard time waking up, you feel like you are sleeping on clouds. This has been the most comfortable and affordable stay in Thailand for us. The breakfast is perfect just the right foods to get your day started right. If you're reading this review do not hesitate and book it now! You should slap yourself if you don't. Haha. Seriously book it now, and find out for yourself you won't be disappointed!

Location is great, lots of things to do around, great rooftop pool and gym.

The position was perfect, clean and the staff was very friendly.

First of all.. if you're a light sleeper dont go to this street lol. Very loud music, bars and clubs in front of the hotel that play music until morning. Luckily I dont care and fall asleep immediately no matter what's happening. >>>>>>> besides that, clean, great location, not too expensive.

Our honey moon stay was a real pleasure , the hotel is well located and very charming. Do not hesitate to book a room with access to the lounge as it is a real gem . If you are looking for stones , look for GABI the gentle and kindhearted man , at the conciergerie , he would gladly assist you . One of the moments that will live within us forever is the human contact we had with MIND , a very well manered and lovely kind lady , she made our stay perfect with her smile and kind heart and recommendations, thank you very much sweet MIND <3 . One of the best hotels in the world as far as I'm concerned.

I loved how centrally located the hotel is—right in the middle of all the action. Despite being on such a lively street, absolutely no noise comes into the room, which made my stay incredibly comfortable. The hotel is modern, clean, and just a few steps away from Khao San Road. I truly loved staying here.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are not spacious but also not too small. They made good use of the space available. The beds are comfortable and all amenities are available as needed. Location-wise, this hotel is close to the MRT station. It's right at the front of the hotel.

Location, kindly staff and exelent breakfast

I showed up and the room i had booked was under renovations. The other rooms were not for me as I need bright, open and vast spaces to think and work clearly. I also needed a work desk. The manager upgraded me to the Presidential Residential Suite. Which turned my stay from possibly having to be refunded to wanting to return again in the future. The staff is fantastic. The hotel is great. And the beach lounge rooftop pool is a great way to spend the day. Very comfortable beds and all the 5 star trimmings you come to expect at a reasonable rate! This is coming from someone who is always traveling for work and is quite critical of hotels when they try to cut corners or employ an entitled GM. Truly.. this place is great!
