Self-Catering Accommodations in Koilani

The host was really helpful with everything! The house was spacious and fully equipped. Will definitely visit again. Definitely recommended

It was very easy to collect the keys for the property from the lock box. Instructions by the owner were very clear from the moment of booking the property. The property was very clean and cozy. The location is quite central and the property next to the main road which gives easy access to any direction you might want to go on the mountains. The property is fully equipped with whatever you need for a stay in and there are amenities nearby. There is a private parking and a big veranda with great views. Definitely value for money and would book again!

Excellent patio with great bbq and nice view. Fireplace is very good as well.

We stayed at Xenis' guest house for 2 nights, 3 days . We had the top apt with a big veranda with a view of the mountains and the village. It's clean and comfortable with ac in the rooms , tvs , kitchenette, and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Clean toilet with shower , toilet and sink in each room, and a wood burner for the winter months . Next to the apt, there is a coffee shop ( kafenio) and the village tavern. The locals are very friendly and hospitable, and the village is beautiful and peaceful, and summer evening strolls are the best . We are definitely going to stay there again soon.

Phenomenal location with stunning views

Very quiet green area, lots of shade. Very clean studio, comfortable bed and friendly hosts.

Very clean and you have everything you need during your stay.

The house is simply amazing and has its charm! Strongly recommend for the calm and peaceful escape surrounding by mountains. Everything was great and nicely decorated with exceptional taste and love. We decided to stay one night longer and Vera was very supportive and professional in helping to prolong our nice stay there! Cats were not disturbing at all as it’s written in others reviews. The house is fully equipped with all the essentials you need for cooking and bbq. We only regret that we arrived during the colder time in November so couldn’t use the pool. We will be missing this place and surely consider to get back again!

The host was extremely polite and check-in and check-out were excellent. The house itself is magnificent and is located in one of the beautiful villages of Cyprus. The neighbors are quiet. Special thanks for the perfect cleanliness and thoughtfulness in details. House looks like completely renovated just recently

The authenticity of the stone architecture seamlessly blended with modern comforts, creating a cozy retreat. From the warm hospitality of the locals to the picturesque surroundings, every moment felt like a step back in time. The well-preserved details of the house, with its serene ambiance, provided a unique and unforgettable experience. A perfect choice for those seeking a tranquil getaway immersed in the rich history and culture of Cyprus.
