Location was great. Spacious and clean.

I liked drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning, the 3km away from the metro, which we could take into the city, the tranquillity of the location, and the kindness and hospitality of the hosts. Having parking on the premises was excellent but a bit tight, although much better than trying to park inside the city centre. We appreciated Dale's advice about the train! The oven was lovely, and the kitchen set-up was very functional. Having a washer and a dryer combo was an unexpected plus! If you need a peaceful, safe location with a well-equipped home base to come after a fun day in the city, this is your spot.

The hotel apartment is ideally situated in a quiet residential area, offering a safe environment, appropriately sized rooms, good amenities, and cleanliness. The friendly staff simplifies check-in and check-out processes. I also appreciate that the washing machine is automatic, eliminating the need to buy soap.

The host was responsive and helpful and the house is big enough and well equipped, especially the kitchen.

Very quite, clean, in a beautiful area

Location is perfect, just 5 mins walk from the metro. The room is clean and the facilities are good. Maria, the host, is super friendly and helpful. She provided useful info for tourist attractions in advance before our arrival. She answered all questions and solved the issues quickly.

1) Friendly and responsive staff! Esther was super nice, offering suggestions for places to visit as it was my 1st time in Seville. 2) Good location with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Found an excellent bakery and cafes frequented by locals. About 15-20 min walk to old town. 3) Inside: love the tiles! Coffee machine with free pods, hotpot, lots of hangers too! Some places only have 1-2 hangers. 4) For runners, many options for a morning run along the canal, heading towards Alamillo Park.

Jacuzzi is great. Everything I needed and quite comfortable.

Great property, probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever been too. The rooftop is great for socializing with other travelers and offers you one of the most beautiful views of the city. The location in the city is fantastic, it’s a few minutes walk from most sights (like the cathedral)

Staff are great! We are really thankful for the bottle of local orange wine for my friend‘s birthday from them！The suite was clean, comfortable and with a perfect location. We would absolutely recommend people choose here in Sevilla.

In a quiet alley but close you everything!

The LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!! you can walk to every point of interest and the host super nice guy very helpful and informative plus he has a restaurant right next door !!!! Nice secure building very near the bus station and a fantastic street. Will highly recommend
