We loved staying in this flat. The flat was lovely, very clean with everything you need for a great stay. The location in old town was perfect with all attractions within walking distance and a short walk across the serranos bridge to direct tram for the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Close to the beach and bus station. Still need to change 2 buses to get into the city

Location, location, location! Stayed for 2 nights with my sisters and it was perfect. Literally right across the road from the beautiful beach and a 5 min walk to a variety of bars and restaurants. Good public transport about a 3 minute walk to get up to the main center of Valencia. The apartments are well equipped. We really just used it as a base but you could easily take a longer break, fully equipped kitchens and our apartment had a balcony with a view of the pool and the beach.

It was close to the sea for swimming. It was clean and being on an upper floor, didn't suffer from this year's officially declared plague of cockroaches in Valencia.

The studio is very well equipped, you'll have everything you need. The shops and cafes are nearby. The building itself is very clean and neat, there's even a laundry room on the last floor. The staff is very responsive and kind! The location is a bit further from the city, but the metro station is near, you'll have your peace and quiet during your stay and the price is quite good. We liked it very much so!

I like the central location in the village, walking distance from a couple of shops. Newly refurbished apartment well equipped and comfortable. The terrace was enjoyable with the clear sky I got during my stay.

10/10!! We had an excellent stay for a week! The house was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Each room had its own bathroom, and clear instructions were provided for all appliances, which was very helpful. The smart door lock made check-in and access easy. Although there is no private parking, we always found parking nearby. The terrace was a real highlight we enjoyed several barbecues there and it was perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended!

The apartment was so cosy and welcoming with lots of space to relax after a day of sightseeing and the bed was huge and so so comfortable Public parking, bars, restaurants and shops in the neighborhood were appreciated as we arrived early evening So close to the tram station to go into the heart of Valencia made it so.easy Roman was very communicative and the whole check in / access process was easy Will definitely choose this apartment again if I return to Valencia

had a truly excellent stay in this apartment in Valencia. Communication with the host was very efficient from the beginning. He replied quickly through Booking, and we easily arranged to meet in person for the keys. He was already waiting for me when I arrived at the apartment. The host speaks only Spanish, but with today’s technology, communication is no longer a problem at all. One of the first things that impressed me was the garage. It is perfect for motorcyclists because the motorcycle can stay in a covered, closed, and secure space. From the garage, there is a direct lift to the second floor, where the apartment is located. The apartment itself is large, bright, very clean, and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, and a kitchen. The internet is excellent, with around 500 Mbps download and upload speed, which is rare and very useful. The terrace is spacious and practical, with drying racks and a washing machine, so the apartment works very well for both short and longer stays. The bed is comfortable, the TV is nice, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the apartment has two bathrooms, which is a big plus. I would rate this stay 10+ because places like this are rare to find, and I travel a lot.
