The house itself offered a good balance of old-world charm and modern amenities. Bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable, providing needed rest after long days of walking. The fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area enhanced our stay. The outdoor space was a bonus. In summary, this property was a great fit for our walking journey - practical, comfortable, and well-located.

The owner picked us up at the restaurant and drove us to our apartment and then his wife drove us back next morning. (Beautiful couple). The property is outstanding and is in a country setting. The apartment was spotless with a big screen TV, Netflix and everything you need.

Check location carefully! To be honest we have no idea what the property was actually like. It maybe really nice. We booked the property based of facilities, price and location as represented on the booking.com app. We were on foot and when using the direction services of booking.com, as well as copying the gps coordinates into google maps, took us to the supposed location. When we could not find it the owner told us it was in another town 4 hours away by foot. The owner would not accept responsibility for the misrepresentation of the location on the map and so far has refused a refund. Their response essentially amounted to the fact that we should have ignored the location on the map and had typed the address into google maps to get the correct location. We ended up having to book new accommodation at a higher price. However I notice the map is now been updated to, presumably show the real location. I have included screenshots. “Lobby” shows the displayed location when we booked. “Outside” is a screenshot of where it now shows.
